Production

Thanks to our partnerships with suppliers

both in Turkey and abroad, we continue to offer stable market prices and high quality. Yarn examination and quality control are done in-house by a team of specialists at stand-alone laboratories upon customer request.

Our cutting department uses Gerber to

guarantee maximum throughput and accuracy. Since about 50% of our production consists of plain fabrics, we use hand motors to guarantee a defect-free process. We use fully automatic system cutters for every kind of fabric.

The assembly department is responsible for

embroidery/piece-print shipping, piece-by-piece quality control, accessory matching, and sewing input in accordance with production planning. All types and sizes of printing, embroidery and craftsmanship are available upon request.

As a manufacturer for over 30 years

YEG is known for its impeccable craftsmanship, even with very delicate fabrics and intricate styles. We are proud to provide unique works even if they require more labor-intensive work.

We have a production assembly of

experienced tailors and a growing number of privately owned subcontractors scattered across Turkey, each specializing in a different type of business. Our quality assurance department conducts regular checks on all subcontractors to ensure that each style fully corresponds to pre-production samples and YEG quality standards.

Our quality assurance system consists of

several comprehensive stages: raw and dyed fabric inspection, fabric spread and cut inspection, pre-sewing product assembly, and final inspection by a team of qualified quality control specialists. All stages are performed in-house to ensure full supervision and control over pre-made products.
