From idea to fabric to product
Every YEG garment passes through the same five hands. A walk through our production floor.
A garment is only as good as the decisions made before the first cut.
01 — Idea
Each collection starts with a single sentence and a wall of references. We edit until the sentence and the silhouette say the same thing.
02 — Fabric
We source and test cloth in-house: drape, shrinkage, colour fastness and how a fabric behaves after twenty washes. Only then does it get a code.
03 — Pattern
Patterns are drafted and graded by our own pattern makers. A cropped jacket lives or dies by two centimetres at the hem.
04 — Production
Cutting, sewing, pressing and finishing happen under one roof in Türkiye. Small runs, trained hands, no shortcuts.
05 — Control
Every piece is measured and inspected against the approved sample before it is packed.
Quality is not a department. It is every step.
